How are we different to other jewellery stores
Indigo’s Point of Difference.
At Indigo’s our products are sourced from more than 140 suppliers. Many of whom are well known International Brands and are exclusive to us in Albany. Unlike most retail stores where bulk buying for discount is the norm, all our jewellery and accessories are hand picked from our wholesalers collections either via visiting reps or (mostly) directly from the suppliers at industry fairs or from their display centers.
This way of doing business allows me total freedom to choose the best pieces from each collection. I will only purchase one of each item of jewellery, bags, scarves etc (It may come in multiple colours) I seldom reorder a sold product unless it is requested by a customer who may have seen such item on our suppliers websites, in a catalogue or featured in a fashion magazine.
Individual purchasing allows you the customer to have something unique so you can feel confident in your purchase as you are unlikely to see your carefully chosen item on anyone else when you are out and about in our beautiful city.
